I have been a resident of Frostburg for 20 years now. I think this area is a great place to raise a family. Sometimes I do wish we had more options for shopping for cultural events. The best thing to do is to take advantage of the cultural events that Frostburg State University has to offer. Overall, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

I am just going to start living there, but the affordability of the school is what has given me hope that everything else is also going to work out. the other fact that did get me intrigued is the fact that the town is not populated compared to where I used to live. and also winter lovers are all lucky because I have heard that snows are there for a longer period of time compared to states like Maryland. Basically, anyone who is hoping to have to stress less while going through ones the first phase of independence, Frostburg I believe is the right choice, so whether you go or not apply for Frostburg as a safe choice it won't harm you.
Forstburg is small town in the mountains of Western Maryland, the views are lovely and there's never a day where you cannot appreciate where you are. The major problem with the town is due to its small size many of the residents are not open to diversity and many appear to be bigoted in one form or another.
