Although Frederickson is a small city it has plenty of things to offer such as the peaceful scenery and varies types of food and not to mention the variety of nice residents that live in this small city. The commute between places fairly short and convenient. If you are looking for peaceful city in the suburbs I definitely would recommend living here.
Lots of drugs and homeless people. Loud cars, sirens, and gunshots. Not a good place for for a family
I feel safe and secure everyday. My little nieces and nephews are allowed to play outside without excessive supervision. We know our neighbors. There hasn't been any kind of disruption or problem in the neighborhood I live at with my family.
This is an amazing area to live with family and friends. Very friendly and outgoing people. The weather is what makes this place even better. Rain is the best thing that could ever happen here in Washington. Everyone knows that this is the state that rains. Traveling around the U.S, when I tell them where I'm from, right away everyone says, "oh where it rains all the time." I'm I respond with a great big smile, "Yes, and I love it."
Washington is very beautiful so we have a lot of parks and recreations.
I enjoy the presence of my neighbors and they are all very friendly.
no natural disasters ever occur but it does rain a lot out here in washington.
I feel like we have a variety of food places. from mexican to italian you can find it around here.
It's hard to find employment as a teenager because there are no jobs open for our younger generation.
Housing in this are is fairly new. I've been here for three years almost four and hardly seen any abandoned properties.
There is honestly not that much crime in this area.
I don't eat out that much but I do like the fact that they have Wendy's right down the street from me. I love to go there and get a vanilla frosty.
Job opportunities in this area seem to be pretty good. They are always building something, which means more jobs.
A lot of great places I enjoy include Indochine, local pho places, and Pacific Grill. All range in type of food but the quality is great and can vary in price.
A lot are job owners to local businesses but there are a lot of those employed to companies like Goodwill and State Farm. There are also plenty of non-profits looking for employess.
There are plenty of local shops not available outside of Tacoma. My personal favorite is the tea shop called Mad Hat where they sell local and organic teas that are great quality for an amazing price.
Very nice with a lot of choices of places to go
