Frederick is a small town in Colorado. It's growing too fast for it's own good. The infrastructure needs to catch up with the housing growth, as too many people are using the same resources. It used to be so nice!

Frederick is a very family friendly neighborhood. The community is strong and welcoming. The town is quiet with lots of potential. Residents are all kind, generous, and caring.
Small town population with nice people. It's farther out from larger towns, which makes travel time longer. It is slowly growing, but has wonderful views of the mountains. It is a cozy place to live.
