- Town in Louisiana

Franklin is a very small town. There's not much crime in the city so it's very safe. Because it's a small town, you are limited when it comes to stores. Sometimes you have to go out of town when shopping for certain things. You may also have to go out of town if you need to search for a job.
More money needs to be put into the community so that more activities are available for citizens and kids. Its such a small town but more needs to be done to build this community.
I have lived in Franklin for all my 17 years of life. Over the years, in my experience, it has not exactly become the greatest town ever. As a child, I remember it being better. Since then, there has been a bit of tragedy, crime, drugs, etc in recent times. Never had a problem with the police and they seem to do their jobs correctly as my cousin works at our local department. There isn't much diversity in the people around whether it be race, personality, or interest. There also isn't much outlet for older teens besides school sports, but after that, a lot of them resort to being on the streets. There's a decent bit of food choice, but a lot of it is fast food and grocery stores, and maybe one or two privately owned, small restaurants. The more I live here, the more depressing it seems to get. My only outlets are music, photography, and my involvement in my schools FFA Chapter. As much as I want to leave though, this place holds my friendships, family, and many memories.
Franklin is a place that is very homey. It's a city where everybody knows everybody. Franklin isn't the best place for a young teen like myself. I am young and full of adventure, but Franklin only offers grocery stores and fast food places. we don't even have places for little kids to enjoy. I would put some enjoyment in Franklin because it is dry.
There is little opportunity here. There are a few stores. If you do not know someone in the system in Franklin chances are you will not be able to find a gainful job. Many people leave here to branch out for a better life.
Franklin is a average hometown and it’s very small. I would like to see Franklins roads fixed, more stores, and i would like for the small town to prosper!
It's a great small town. Great people. City workers are very helpful and friendly. Great place to live.
It's a quiet in my neighborhood but there is nothing in this town to keep anyone here.
My overall experience is great back here. Theres no drama around where I stay and I love that. Everybody basically knows everyone and gets along good.
Their are many newer businesses with little experience.
