Four Corners Reviews
I love the South Four Corners area, which is everything between Sutherland and Sligo Creek Parkway and Dennis and Forest Glen. I see families grabbing houses and doing $200k renovations. With the Golf Course, bike/ running trail, Purple Line, and $10.5 mil renovation to Downtown SS, this area is hot!!!!!!
I feel like I've seen lots of small businesses go out of business recently. Around the area, there are a lot of big brand names everywhere. It's not horrible, but it does lack the homey, intimate, feeling you get from family run businesses. It's easy to find a place that sells whatever you need, even relatively exotic things.
It's a suburb, so no crazy wildlife here. There are lots of AMAZING trails and parks. GREAT for children. It's clean and safe. People take pride in the cleanliness of the community. You'll seldom find people littering. The culture here is very pro-environment.
