Fort Collins is a beautiful, high energy, and accommodating city. There is great public transportation across the entire city. More restaurants then anyone could imagine with a vast diversity in the choices. Fantastic night life in the down town area with many locally owned shops and boutiques. Hiking trails and camping get-away just fifteen minutes from the city in the gorgeous Horse-tooth Reservoir! It has been a very fun five years of living in this city. Definitely a place where I would strongly consider retiring!

Fort Collins has a great mix of peoples, cultures and ethnicities. It is a large college city in Colorado. A vibrant college atmosphere mixed with wonder night life downtown of which, large portions are walkable and being that, it is so close to the mountains (mountain biking, hiking, camping, boating, skiing etc.) I believe make Fort Collins a great place to live. Oh, and the town has a vibrant beer culture too!
As a resident of Fort Collins, I have to say that I love it here! There's so many wonder activities no matter what you're into. If you're an outdoorsy person, there's many trails to explore, sights to see and many people around to enjoy it with! If you're a more artsy type, there's always galleries to go see, art auctions happening and even really uniquely painted pianos found all over town! If you're somebody who likes to go out at night, we have plenty of bars and places to hang out. One of my favorite things to do on a nice day is take a stroll around old town where you can find many shops and restaurants and may even spot a street artist or two. I highly recommend coming here because it's a place for anybody!
