The town is small and rural but with beautiful trails and ocean access. We love walking the trails and whale watching in the spring. The community has a nice downtown with lots of small locally owned businesses.
gorgeous areas all walking distance, perfect place to raise a family with plenty to do outdoors. the beaches are plenty and the hiking in the redwoods is amazing. its the ideal place for the undecisive person to lay roots down. the small community give support and a feeling of safety and welcome. the small shops are all locally owned and create the cutest gift ideas for any occasion.
Fort Bragg is a small community. It is very beautiful the ocean is amazing and has some of the nest sea food restaurants! I have lived in fort Bragg my whole life. I have brothers here and a lot of other family as well. Fort Bragg is a very friendly town everyone pretty much knows everyone. I love it! I wouldn’t change anything!
I love living in Fort Bragg, California. I moved here from a big city about three years ago. Living on the coast and by the beach is absolutely amazing. I live around the corner from the beach, so I get to walk there.
beautiful landscape. Geographical wonder of the world. However with the exception of a few the culture here is stubborn, ignorant and mean.
Fort Bragg is everything. I have traveled through, and lived in many, of these amazing United States. I can say with complete confidence, that this town is truly where it's at! I came here almost four years ago and fell in love with the beach immediately. This is the place to be if you aspire to be an artist or a writer. So much inspiration and support from this lovely community. It is the most beautiful place I have ever been.I think it is also fair to say that you don't have to have much money to live the good life here. With Second Chance charity for dogs and the local food bank you and your fur babies will not go wrong - or hungry. I am an official "why I love this town storyteller" who has been featured on the local radio station. Live here, love that, get the T-shirt.
I love living near the beach, with a local farmers market every week and many supportive services. We also have lots of great dining options. Although everything is a little more expensive on the coast and it's a higher tax bracket than inland. It is worth it to be surrounded by beauty!
I love how safe the town is and I'm happy to be able to raise my 3 children here. I went through the public schools here and they have only improved since my time in school. I work at the local hospital which is one of the best jobs in town. It is quite expensive to live here but in return we don't have long commutes. There are many beautiful coastal trails for people who like to walk, jog and amazing scenery for photographers.
Small, coastal rural community 3 hours north of San Francisco. Good schools, safe neighborhoods, and friendly people. The city used to be economically dependent on fishing and logging, but has since gone to a more tourist focus. There is access to beaches, forests, and rivers which allows for people to enjoy the outdoors.
