Forestbrook is an ever growing community. The housing market is increasing with new housing being built every day. There are homes for every financial situation available in the area. There are some lower income apartment located in the area as well and there tends to be some issues arise from them, however, over the last few months things have seemed to get better. Overall the community is a great place to live and raise a family.

I have lived in Forestbrook for about 1.5years now. I always feel safe, our neighbors are very friendly. It is a nice quiet area close enough to the beach!
The schools here are wonderful. Not as touristy as the other areas around here. Centrally located to everything. You can get to Conway, the beach, stores, mall, all very quickly. I can get to either HGTC Campus in 15 min.s or less. Very family oriented.
