Forest City is known as "Small Town Friendly." I believe that Forest City lives up to its nickname. This town has been a wonderful place to grow up, and the community is extremely close-knit! While Forest City is family friendly and affordable, it can be difficult to find jobs. Furthermore, the town lacks diversity. If we come together as a town to make a change, I believe we can make a difference in the areas we lack!

Our town is small, but friendly. Since the equestrian center moved in, our town has seen a lot of economic growth. Forest City has been renovating downtown to include restaurants, shops, a farmer's market, and park / pavilion. They have introduced family activities in the park such as movies, concerts and a splash pad. Our town continues to improve as we see new faces visiting.
Everyone in the town is very friendly. It is a small town so everyone knows everyone and we are able to help tourists or visitors find the best places to eat, stay for the night, or the best places to visit around town! The town just feels like home as soon as you step in it!
