I have lived in Fontana, CA for over 15+ years. Over the last couple of years, Fontana has grown into a wonderful place to live. There are plenty of community programs available for any one to join. There are several community centers that have gyms available at a very low monthly cost for people to get healthy and improve their lives. I love that the City of Fontana promotes healthy living for children, adults and seniors! Their program, "Healthy Fontana" promotes a healthy lifestyle and teaches the community about smart nutritional choices. They also have a Fontana Farmer's Market which everyone should check it out.

I have lived in fontana for a couple years now and my neighborhood is very good. Living in fontana has its benefits as well as drawback. I love that my neighbors are quiet when they need to be but also know how to have fun. Living in fontana can be hard because I currently go to school in Pomona. The drive is long but in the end I enjoy where I live and the drive is tolerable. I live in fontana now but when I was younger I lived here for a little while. While I was her I got my first puppy and made new friends at my school. This area is very friendly. It isn't perfect but then again, nobody and nowhere is. Although it is silly I love how many Baker's there are(fast food place). I call fontana the land of Baker's. All in all fontana is a perfectly fine place to settle down.
Fontana is a relatively quaint and upcoming suburb in San Bernardino county. While apparent differences in SES can be seen in neighborhoods and schools throughout the city, there has recently been new developments, such as shopping areas and warehouses, that reflect financial promise for the area. The Fontana school district has been affected by underfunding in recent years, reflected in certain schools disproportionately, but still maintains high standards and excellent faculty.
