Folly Beach Reviews
Rating 4.2 out of 5 5 reviews
Folly Beach is a beautiful area with welcoming people. The scenery is gorgeous, the beach is clean and plastic-free, and the dining options are varied to meet most tastes and budgets. Traffic in the summer months is horrendous, no joke. I would advise tourists to try visiting one of the MANY other beaches available throughout the lowcountry during these months when traffic to Folly is at a standstill... it's a great beach but I'm not sure that it's quite THAT good, haha!
I was able to see my first dolphin there. The water was nice and the beach was clean. If you need help there are plenty of lifeguards that can help you. there is a restaurant there. Its nice and quite
I live in Folly Beach and while it might not be affordable to own a home here you can find a place to rent for a decent price. The beach is beautiful and locals enjoy the busy summer season as well as the slow winter season when all the locals emerge to really enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the island.
There are many places to get jobs, but I live in a college heavy city and many college students get jobs first.
We have a lot of rain and it can get cold and public offices do not handle ice and lots of rain water very well especially on bridges.
