I am originally from San Antonio which is a huge metropolitan area and it had tons of people and some of the worse traffic ever experienced. My husband and I were lucky to stumble upon a great home in Floresville about 15 minutes south of San Antonio. It's a beautiful community with a rural setting. We have 2 acres of land on our property and we have a large amount of space between neighbors so it makes for a Serene, tranquil and quiet atmosphere which brings me peace. The people in the community are friendly and helpful which is a huge change from the city life. I absolutely love it here!

I have lived in this small town Floresville, Texas my whole 24 years of life. I love this town because it feels like home and it brings much comfrort. I enjoy the view of long dirt roads, open pastures and cattle so much that I am proud to call it home. In addition, living here has brought lifelong friendships that were acquired in grade school and thankfully, I also met the love of my life here, my husband. I currently reside in downtown Floresville and the neighborhoods are peaceful and I have wonderful neighbors. This small town feels safe enough to jog through my neighborhood to our local park with no issues. I love this town so much, I plan to eventually invest in some land, build a house, work and raise a family in Floresville as well.
My family of 6 moved here five and a half years ago and love it. It's close to San Antonio with a choice of restaurants and shopping in town. It was a great fit for my kids ages 13, 10, 4, and 2. It's a place to call home. Good school nearby with educational opportunities for my high school kids to take dual credit, participate in sports and my youngest two also have choices of cheerleading, soccer or karate. Love home town feel of Floresville.
