Flagstaff is a great town to spend a camping trip with friends or family! There are multiple hiking trails, camping sites (some don't require a permit), RV parking sites, outdoor retail and supply stores (REI, Mountain Sports, Sportsman, etc.), and so much more. It's a really great town to socialize with strangers at the local breweries, or even watch a game at a sports bar and grill. However, some changes that I would like to see are the amount of homeless people that do not have any reliable resources to help them back on their feet. The cost of living is also absurd. I've seen advertisements on studio apartments renting for over a thousand dollars! Flagstaff is great, but like other small towns, there are cons that prevent it from being a perfect place to settle down.

Flagstaff is a beautiful mountain town located in Northern Arizona. It's known for its scenic views and close proximity to the Grand Canyon. Flagstaff has something for everyone! Hiking, skiing, and visiting Lowell Observatory are just a few examples. One of the best places to visit while in town is downtown Flagstaff. It's architecture and diverse groups create a unique environment that's impossible to find anywhere else.
I really enjoy Flagstaff's atmosphere and its people that reside here. The entire town seems to be more independent in its thinking, liberal, and open minded when it comes to subjects of sensitivity. Although, the jobs do not seem to pay as much, especially for a working college student, as I had to get 2 jobs just to pay my own way through school! The rent is pretty expensive as well, but the amount of personal growth through new experiences and every ones outlook is simply irreplaceable
