Our community turning from agricultural and life stock based community to a more rural based community. The community I live in is having difficulties in the transition though this process, which is making it harder to find proper housing when we are at about 95% occupancy in this area.

Finley is a small country town and technically a part of Kennewick, WA. It's nice to be close to the city, but able to get away as well.
We're a big city-small town type of place. We definitely have options for food and drink here but there are only a select few places that are really exceptional. The best places are very high priced and hard to get into. The more frequented, cheaper places are often over crowded and low-quality.
