Its been pretty good out in Finley, the community is really well in Finley, good High school. The school, River View High, is a small school, but is really good for families who want their kids to most likely graduate.
Our community turning from agricultural and life stock based community to a more rural based community. The community I live in is having difficulties in the transition though this process, which is making it harder to find proper housing when we are at about 95% occupancy in this area.
Finley is a small country town and technically a part of Kennewick, WA. It's nice to be close to the city, but able to get away as well.
