Working in Fife
I love the overall community and culture that is Fife. There are events that allow us to come together as people and share and enrich each other with skills that we each are unique at. There are festivals, parades, communal activities, and resources for the people of Fife. Their slogan is "Fife for Life" because once you live in Fife, you come to realize that you don't want to leave. Fife is a great place to live.
Fife is a great point of access that is close to Tacoma, Milton, Sumner, Puyallup and Federal Way. While there are numerous restaurants in the area, there are not very many things to do since it's such a small city. That being said, the city holds various events such as an annual harvest festival and summer movie nights to bring the community together. The school zone speed limits are strictly enforced as are intersections which are enforced by cameras. Overall, Fife is a pretty good location.
Fife is pretty calm and quiet when there's aren't so many people trying to get to Tacoma through this city. Everything is pretty close by and easily accessible. The only thing that is very frustrating is the traffic day in and day out. There are way too many warehouses! What once was farm land is now concrete warehouses filled with items for consumers and so many semi trucks. A plus to this town is the easy access to the freeway which is fairly light traffic heading north.
