Fern Park Reviews
I have friends that live in Fern Park. It seems to be a family friendly area with average public schools. The real estate market is good with affordable homes.
I say that this area is pleasant, however, there has been an increase in vandalism lately. Recently, someone got into my car during the night, luckily I did not have anything important. Another neighbor had her car window broken because she left a computer monitor inside her car, however, they just damaged the car without taking anything.
I do not have much experience with the local businesses, but they seem to be decent and well-kept. There are a number of nail shops, salons, spas, stores, and restaurants
