Most people in the area are friendly and helpful. Fayetteville has a fair amount of beautiful land such as farm lands. Since there are many farms in the area, there are plenty of good fresh produce. One major downfall is there really aren't too many activities in this area. However Fayetteville is only about 20 minutes away from other places like Gettysburg, Chambersburg, greencastle and about an hour from hagerstown and fredrick maryland.

Fayetteville is surrounded by such beautiful scenery. There are three state parks near by with lots to do. Gettysburg is very close and the Civil War battlefields are definitely something to see.
This is a small town, sits near south mountain. There is nothing in the town except dollar general, family dollar, rite aid, rutters and a local sub shop.
