I was born at the Cape Fear Valley Hospital in Fayetteville, North Carolina. I went to public school here, and I have had many life experiences here. Fayetteville is the perfect combination of city and country. In the fall, it is the perfect time to pick apples at the local Botanical Gardens or get scared at the annual Zombie walk at Downtown square. Downtown transports you to an entirely different world. It is a hidden gem that has amazing sites like Antonella's Italian Ristorante, art museums, pottery stores, The Cameo Art House Theatre, Fascinate U museum for kids, and our new baseball stadium. Go Fayetteville Woodpeckers! Fayetteville is always in development; it is always about building a better community for the next generation. The next generation needs good schools and a healthy lifestyle. There are great schools like Massy Hill Classical, Cross Creek Early College High School, and Howard Health & Life Sciences High School. This city has something for everyone to enjoy.

I've been in Fayetteville for four years now and I have really enjoyed it. I love my school and I got an internship at Cape Fear Regional Theatre which has been absolutely amazing! I think it's awesome CFRT gives students access to summer camps, and classes, and as mentioned above, the internship! It's awesome having something like that in town. As for Fayetteville drivers, it's hard to feel safe on the road sometimes. I think having more crosswalks and traffic signals would help significantly. People are always in too much a hurry and it causes a lot of unnecessary crashes. The crime can get pretty bad here too. Fayetteville is one of the highest, if not the highest in NC for sex trafficking, and as a teenager that is terrifying, so I wish they could improve upon that and try to get that rate to go down. Fayetteville has a saying and it's, "don't go out after six PM." and I would really like if we didn't need to have that saying.
Fayetteville is a great family city-Home of the Airborne. There are a lot of great things to do in the city to include going downtown to see the historic sights, parks to unwind and relax with family and fun activities for the family. The only down side to living in Fayetteville is the are no Pro- football/ sports teams or stadiums to watch sports games. Fayetteville is welcoming a minor league baseball team for baseball fans!
