It's been nice for the years I've lived here other than the sketchy police force and lately, there's too much traffic coming from I-30 for the size of the infrastructure.

I enjoy fate because it has a small town feel. I currently work at a hair salon in downtown, and it’s fun to see everyone interact with each other in a polite manner. The only thing i would like to see improvements on, are the roadways.
The housing in this area is very beautiful and well-maintained. They are fairly new and there are little to no houses abandoned or for sale. The cost to live in this neighborhood is skyrocketing due to the demand and the inconvenience of the current supply of houses for sale but will benefit the residents if they decide to sell the house and move to a different community. The best part about this area is the people and the beautiful scenery and community. There are tons of trees, plains, and nature-involving parks in the neighborhood I currently reside in.
