Very quiet, safe area! Definitely an upincoming area so lots of changes are happening. The schools in the area are pretty good for all ages. Very close to downtown Fredericksburg so you’re close to so many things.

I moved to Falmouth about three years ago from Spotsylvania. I pay for things here that I hadn’t before in Spotsylvania. (A license fee, emission requirement to renew tags, taxes are higher). I wouldn’t describe it as a bad area, but it wouldn’t be my first choice in choosing an area around here. The stores could be put a little closer, and in my opinion we could use more of things on the other side of route 17 instead of all on once side. Traffic up here can get pretty hectic as well.
I have resided in the Falmouth suburban area for over 10 years. Much has changed, such as an expanded community and infrastructure. I have always felt that the Falmouth community has been a safe and friendly institution.
