Falmouth Foreside is a very wealthy and safe community. There is sadly little diversity within, but the overall community is friendly and welcoming. It also has nice small town vibes but is within 15 min of the city of Portland.

I have rented here since 2010. Safe and friendly community. Great location close to the ocean. Love having the town landing market close by basic necessities and good sandwiches. My only complaint is that out is towners tend to speed and not obey the 30 mph speed limit on the foreside. Frustrating since so many people are out walking their dogs and children.
