Fallbrook is such a cute little town, the friendly village! It is all about community and local businesses. Everyone is friendly. I would say it is more rural, but that brings clean air. The homes are all unique. It is a large agriculture city, and a lot of people have live stock. Fallbrook is known as the avocado capital of the world! This is a very vintage town as well, from the cars to the boutiques. A wide variety of exotic plants, it is the only true sub-Mediterranean climate in the U.S.

Beautiful views, rolling hills and amazing rich soil that can support many botanical species including avocados, citrus, and tropical flowers. Diversity of ethnic groups is present due to the large agricultural economy and need for grove workers and packing house's staff. Friendly, family-oriented community with close in-town emergency medical and law enforcement available 24 hours a day. Quaint, charming downtown area. In or in close proximity to the "downtown", Fallbrook has many schools, churches, dining, banks and specialized shops, as well as four large super markets and a theater.
Fallbrook is a diamond in the rough. We are to be considered, "the friendly village" where everyone knows everyone. While this is true, we are also a close knit community of family. We as a tiny town, love to embrace our varying cultures, like our prominent Latin American culture, or our Native American friends. Equidistant from both San Diego and Orange County we are the happy median of busy and bustling with great restaurants lining Main Street and the rolling hills and countrysides we are a little bit more relaxed than your average city in California. To know Fallbrook is to love Fallbrook.
