I enjoy the multiple bus stops, the local food, and the community living here. I would like people to stop mentioning the shooting that happened a couple years ago - it was a one time thing and extremely devastating, so could we please stop talking about it?

I like Fairwood for its closeness to fun locations like the Renton Landing, Westfield mall, and movie theaters. What I would like to see changed is the crime rate because home break-ins are not uncommon.
Where I live there are 4 seasons every year. Summers are hot and dry. Tons of rivers, lakes, hiking trails and camping in the area. By the end of Auguest for sure there is usually drought. Many farmers in the area are affected by this. We have no such thing as landslides, tornadoes, hurricanes. We live to far from the ocean and are surrounded by large mountains. Wild fires are an every summer occurrence. Not necessarily in the city its self but outlying areas. Now winter brings lots of heavy snow. Temperatures drop and snow stays for days or weeks
