This is a beautiful neighborhood, beautifully landscaped, with nice trails to walk the kids around. I wish there were more playgrounds to walk to, but we live further back from the main park, which has one of the nicest playgrounds in the county. The clubhouse is also very nice. And the new shopping center nestled right in the community with a Safeway, bank, gas station, shops etc. is extremely convenient. We're not far from Six Flags, Bowie Town Center, etc. its the perfect location, and there is space to build new shops and other community spaces which gives it tons of potential. Our home is perfect, but that's the most obvious part. Overall, we love it here!

Fairwood is located on the outskirts of the city of Bowie. It is connected to the Woodmore North suburb in Bowie. Fairwood offers playing sites for children, a quiet area to thrive, while also catering to its community and surroundings. The Sycamore Club is a recreational facility which offers a swimming pool, dining area, and spacious fields surrounding. What could improve is letting the community utilize these open fields and areas to induce people to come out and join us for a great time.
Fairwood is a very quiet, safe community. The neighbors are nice, the community has nice resources, and it is a great place to settle down with your family.
