Everything is within walking distance . Family oriented, yet perfect for retirees and young people as well. SO much to do, fabulous restaurants, close knit communities, shopping, top class schools, immaculate neighborhoods. Great area to raise families!

I have lived here my whole life and I love it! I love how close we are to Philadelphia, the beach, and Delaware/New Jersey. It is the perfect location to take a day trip to any of those places! There is also so much shopping, restaurants and other fun stuff to do.
Exton is great for young families and college alumni looking to settle down. The surrounding suburbs provide great job opportunity. The local public schools are nationally ranked, along with the private schools in the area. Relatively affordable but prices are increasing. Exton is a very safe area. Because of its suburban location, there is little nightlife.
