I live in a Rual part of Wyoming, right next to a few wind mills located just northeast of Casper Wyoming. Out here the wind never stops blowing and the winters are filled with snow drifts that take an excavator to get through. The neighbors are less than friendly because of these harsh conditions, it really tears into your soul. Some things that would be nice to see out here would be some maintained roads and some trees (trees cant grow out here). Some shade, and wind block, and a helpful hand would change the attitude of my neighborhood dramatically.

I like the small town community as we have our own school, post office, police dept, fire dept and churches. I would like to see the code enforcement utilized to cleaning areas up.
