Great small town feel. Only a few miles from Cartersville and downtown Acworth. Emerson has a new sporting complex called Lakepoint. There's many different sports you can be involved in. Lakepoint sporting complex offers volleyball with plenty of nets for everyone. They also have different ball fields for baseball as well as scorer. Lets not forget about the indoor basketball court. If you and your family enjoying playing sports, then Lakepoint sporting complex in Emerson Georgia is a great place to visit or live.
There's so much more to do at the Lakepoint complex. They have a place called Lakepoint station. It is a great place to take the whole family. They offer indoor rock climbing, arcade games, mini golf, laser tag and so much more. They have a wonderful restaurant inside call Saint Angelo's Pizza. It's wonderful pizza!

Emerson is a quaint little city with less than 1,500 people. They truly have a family/community vibe going on. I have recently moved to Emerson after being out of the country for eight years. I'm originally from Ohio and have found the weather and scenery to be breathe taking. The people's warmth and southern charm add a cherry on top of the whole transition into becoming a resident of Emerson.
