I have lived in Elmont most of my life. I have gone to school near by and continued to live here into my college education. I have seen the community become more diverse and continue to grow. The community offers a diverse amount of food options that you can take advantage of, entertainment and shopping. The community also continues to advance for the greater good and brings about more options for those who live in Elmont and those who live in other towns.

I've lived in Elmont for about 5 years, I like my neighbors and I've developed a good relationship with some of the business owners in the area. The only issue I have with the town is some of the streets are not safe, at night times people race down the main streets, and even in the day time it can be unsafe for kids to walk home because of the possibility of an accident because of speeding in the school zones.
I really enjoy being a resident Elmont, NY, it is located in Nassau County, Long Island. The houses here are calm and beautiful, it correlates with its peaceful environment, the air is breathable because there are plenty of trees. Overall i will rate Elmont 5 stars.
