I'm definitely partial because it is my home. But, Elberta is a very safe calm small southern neighborhood. This sounds like a lot, but really Elberta is small and slowly growing. It has local events such as the Sausage Festival, German Fest, and there are occasionally "Movie Night" at the park with a 'bring your own chair or blanket situation' (and occasionally food is served.). They have a elementary and high school in the area as well as few local schools that are not public.
I love how quaint Elberta is. I use to live in a BIG city and elberta is a nice little town to live in. Downtown Elberta is very clean but like another person said, it looks tired. A fresh coat of paint on all the buildings would do a world of good for the visual aspect.
Small town living that isn't far from everything. Elberta has some unique attractions to visit. Downtown Elberta is clean but could use a updating.
