I am a resident of El Sobrante. I have lived in this city for 2 years. It is in rural area. I like to live in El Sobrante because there are less population. People are always eager to help each other.
Moreover, crime rate is low in comparison to other areas. There is a huge diversity in El Sobrante. We have opportunity to see people of different races.
In addition to this, there is a hiking spot and San pablo Dam reservoir. There is a small lake .
In my opinion, there are some stuff that need to be changed or improve or fixed.
a) Cleaning road every month
b) Create More park
c) Social organization for the welfare of the people

My family has owned our home in El Sobrante since 2006 and I've always loved our community. Our community is gated with only a few houses and we know all of our neighbors and we all garden and share the vegetables and fruits that we grow. Directly outside of our community are farms where we hear the rooster attempting to wake all of us up bright and early. It's a very comfy, laid back town and a great place to get away from all of the noise and craziness of the San Francisco Bay Area.
Quiet suburb of San Francisco; includes hills and valleys, easy access to miles of trails. Centrally located - close to Berkeley, San Francisco, Marin county.
More suitable for families.
