Edgar Reviews

I would say Edgar High School is at about a three star rating. Right now they have a new principal that is doing a great job enacting new policies concerning cell phones in classes. The negative aspect of this high school is the guidance counselor, she is very disorganized and very scatterbrained. She's a very nice woman, however, I feel that she is not right for the position she is in with the many responsibilities it has and her inability to schedule accordingly so she gets her work done and assists students with issues. The teachers are fantastic because they really care about their students and want them to succeed in their class as well as life after high school. Another negative to this school is the lack of electives. There are no history electives, limited electives for mathematics and science. I felt that this was very disappointing especially for how much praise this school gets for diversifying classes.

I like how beautiful the town is overall with all its trees and parks. Also, it has everything you need in a town with a grocery, hair salon, and auto body shop.
