It is quiet, peaceful, and socially oriented. Eastpointe has a diverse mixture of many different ethnicities that all blend well together.

It is the embodiment of neighbor helping neighbor. Residents all maintain their properties. There no boarded up or vacant properties that pose an eyesore or bring down the market value of existing properties.

I'm proud to be an Eastpointe, Michigan resident!

Eastpointe is a family town that offers quaint suburbs and comfortable living. The city is welcoming new businesses and venues to attract clients to the city; in addition to the attractions like the seasonal farmer's market, the annual Cruisin' Gratiot and other festivities for citizens to enjoy. Our city is accessible through two major interstates and major streets, making it an easy way commute to and from any destination along way. Eastpointe is constantly making changes and highlighting issues in an attempt to ensure that its citizens to remain content and to improve its citizens lives in any way. Eastpointe is working towards making our city - a comfortable and welcoming place for all to live in, pass through and enjoy what the city has to offer.
I currently live in Eastpointe with my three children, we moved here from Detroit in 2012. The community we live in is wonderful and really safe. What I like most about Eastpointe is its diversity. I've come across so many different ethnic background and most of them are friendly. I feel that my family and I are safe. The Eastpointe police department is very close and they respond quickly if they are needed.

The average cost for homes in Eastpointe range form 30,000-80,000 and more than half of our residents are homeowners. There isn't much nightlife in this community but its only miles away. Eastpointe has a community center for residents to enjoy several different family activities. The area I live in is only 1/2 a mile from our next biggest city, which is Detroit. Eastpointe only consists of a five mile radius.

This is a great community to build a family.
