I'd like to see safer drivers - as it currently stands, what are marked as 35mph and lower roads frequently have drivers going 50+mph and running cyclists off the roads or nearly hitting pedestrians. In addition, there is a serious littering problem that would be helped if there were more public trash receptacles. Finally, the sidewalks in many places, especially neighborhoods, are in severe need of repair and are far too narrow to accommodate wheelchair users.

I'm a resident of Easthampton and go to the high school in town. It's a very beautiful town and a close friendly community. The schools are pretty good for city with 16,000 residents, with between 1,000-1,200 students (split between all grades and schools) and very good teachers. There are often events going on in town like festivals in the summer that are a ton of fun. Overall I love this town and think it's a great place to live.
Pretty much just hicks and junkies. The school system is awful, with accusations of racism constantly bringing in scrutiny. Every kid at EHS is probably on drugs or going nowhere and the saddest thing is we all all know it. The streets are flooded with empty nip bottles and down town reeks of pot. However, the businesses there are nice and Mt Tom is beautiful
