Wow, I'm very surprised to read some of the negative reviews about Eastchester. We moved here from Brooklyn as our family started expanding and we needed more space. Our neighborhood has been exceptionally welcoming! There are many community events and we have been able to form close relationships with many other families. We have neighbors from all around the world who feel at home here. We are mostly happy with the school system and excited to see the changes that the new superintendent brings. Lake Isle is wonderful in the summer! The short commute to NYC is convenient, actually essential, for two working parents!

Everybody here is perfect. Celebrities movie stars multi millionaires billionaires. Everybody is always correct. Elite icons and aristocrats live here. Nobody ever makes mistakes. Everybody has the highest standards in the world here!
Just retired and sold my home after 31 years living in Eastchester. Relocating out west. Beautiful town and close to highways and railroad. I wasn’t able to benefit from the schools, parks, amenities and stores. I didnt know anyone or my neighbors. I wasn’t able to vote, take part in the community activities or census count. Just payed my taxes. Gem of a town to live a peaceful life. Silent Majority.
