East Renton Highlands Reviews
Great community, with extremely friendly neighborhoods! Amazing amount of diversity. Close access to schools and other utilities; overall a very family- friendly place.
I have lived here for 10 years now and I enjoy it overall. It is a nice suburban area with the basic things you need, such as, gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, etc. If you need anything other than that, like a movie theater or target then all you have to do is go less than 15 min down a hill to the lower Renton area. I went from elementary-high school in this area and those schools were nice and relatively well funded.
Good schools in this area! Grocery stores are about 10 mins away from house and very convenient! The suburbs are a great place to live however the house prices keep increasing dramatically every year.
