A little rural, but a quiet place to settle down! Visited a town there a couple times and found everything walking distance.

It is affordable in every respect: selective food shops, dressing shops;
various denominations of churches available, easy bus transportation
to other entities, as well as good schools.
Currently live here. Children constantly throwing paint at my house and car, also not uncommon to hear gunshots.
