I have grown up in East Peoria. I appreciate the mid-size town atmosphere. It has enough of everything to live comfortably. The shopping area is growing and new. I love the geography of the area with the numerous hills and valleys. There are some great trails and it is relatively easy to get around. There is close access to Interstate 74 which allows me to get to other communities, including Peoria with minimal traffic issues. The weather is moderate. There are a variety of activities for all kinds of people including sports, movie theaters, hiking, shopping, and recreation.

There are a lot of great schools and it is a very kid friendly town. Everyone is very nice, there is a lot of great shopping, places to eat, and awesome small businesses. There is always something to do and wherever you go you will be greeted with a smile. I have lived here all my life and I would not want to live anywhere else!
Great place to live and raise a family! Love the easy access to Peoria as well. If you're looking for accessibility and privacy as well, East Peoria is the place to look!
