The community is welcoming, close-knit, warm, and supportive. Everyone knows everyone here, pretty much. The beautiful scenery, the close proximities to stores/public facilities, and the kind-hearted & family-oriented individuals make this town feel like anyone can belong. However, the high school needs improvement in regards to their administration and student behavior. Students fall victim to bullying and substance abuse. I have struggled at Hanover Park High School, as well as other students too. House prices tend to be a bit high, but affordable compared to MANY surrounding towns.

East Hanover is a great town! It is extremely family-friendly, safe, and exciting! I am a current resident in this gorgeous town, and do not intend on moving out of East Hanover anytime soon.
Absolutely love this town. I have grown up here and my family still lives here. Its a great small suburb with cute events like parades, and food truck festivals. The italian food is amazing. many big stores located here which is very conveniant.
