Ahhh the suburbs...plus a bunch of pot holes. East Brunswick is quite a town, it boasts multiple political agendas; so you'll be able to find your own crowd quite easily. I would say East Brunswick is almost like New York. Every side of EB is like a borough. And depending on what Elementary School you say you went to says a lot about your character. I would say we are a diverse town, but that's a stretch. Enough about the societal circumstance of this town. PARKS! Who doesn't love to take a stroll in the park? We have a ton of parks, and a lot of courts to play sports. Everywhere you go there is a playground to crawl on. EB is mostly a family town, everyone will greet you with open arms. No one is not welcome here. As much as I crap talk EB, I am forever thankful this is my hometown. GO EB BEARS!!!
I thoroughly enjoy living in East Brunswick. The public school system is award-winning and provides an amazing educational experience that offers numerous opportunities for students. One of the few things I would like to see change, however, are the amount of activities and restaurants that are readily available in town. Whatever is available is tolerable, but neighboring towns do offer more in the sense that you have more to do. Because of this, it is not a town that people regularly visit as a potential tourist attraction. Either you live in East Brunswick, have heard about it, or you've never been. Besides that, it is a great, family-friendly town that deserves more recognition!
East Brunswick is a great place to live. The area is very safe and there are so many nice neighborhoods to live in. The residents are good people who look out for one another . The East Brunswick school district is excellent. Most recently, EBHS was awarded the 2019 GreatSchools College Success Award. The location is central to NYC and the Jersey Shore. There is quick access to the mall, shops, restaurants, Target, Wal-Mart, and numerous grocery stores. East Brunswick is a great commuter town. We have the two main transportation centers, along with many bus stops, where you can bus yourself to and from NYC, Atlantic City, or anywhere else. We even have our own water park (Crystal Springs), a nice community theater, and the Middlesex County Fairgrounds. There is also a major revitalization project that is underway in East Brunswick . If you are looking for a nice town to settle down in, move your family to East Brunswick !
