I just moved to Eagle Point in June of 2018; but, so far I love it! Its quaint, quiet, and absolutely beautiful! Mountains surrounding us gives us beautiful scenery all day. It's a small town, only a few large corporate businesses such as Walmart, Carl's Jr., and Chase bank which I love!! Small businesses are the majority and that makes me happy. Medford(a bigger city) is only about 20-25 minutes away and there is everything you could ever need!!

Those saying crime is prevalent here must not live here. Actually crime is pretty much non existent. This is a small town about 12 miles from the city of Medford, so you have a great place to live with access to a bigger city for shopping. Home prices have greatly increased and for a nice home expect to pay 300k plus.
Living in Eagle Point for the last 11 years, allows me to see the good and the bad of small town living. The good: familiar faces, small town traditions, smaller population. The bad: drugs, the same routine, not many job opportunities for teenagers.
