What I really like about Eagle Nest is the scenery. I've lived here for 13 years and I still never get tired of seeing the way the leaves change in the canyon in the fall, or watching the snow pile up on the tallest mountains. Another thing would be the ability to grow up in such a secluded town. It's a slice Heaven that you know the whole country doesn't know about, unlike places like Washington DC or Miami. Something I wish would change is the security of the town. They like to claim they are always looking out for us, but when you know for a fact that eight kids in your school do various amounts of drugs they turn a blind eye most of the time.
