If you like an up and coming area, then this is the place for you! There is a lot of construction right now, but there are big plans for the future. Home prices right now are cheap, and there are new developments, when everything is all put in you will be able to sell your house for much more than you bought it for. Everyone is friendly out here, nice parks and sports out in Eagle Mountain as well.

I love Eagle Mountain, UT! The city is not too big, yet it is growing fast. The majority of the people who live here are traditional families, which I like because I can relate to them. Our children have many others to play with and grow up with here. The crime rate is very low, thankfully, and hopefully it will always stay that way. Most everyone that lives here is friendly, and I love our neighborhood! I also love the way the Ranches part of Eagle Mountain is designed and laid out (this is the area where I live). I have had a great experience living here for the past four years!
Overall I love living in this area! There are friendly people, with so many age ranges it’s not hard for anyone to find friends. There are a few grocery stores and places to eat out at fairly close by. The only down side is if you work or go to school far away, the drive can be long and traffic is terrible at peak times.
