Duxbury is a beautiful beach town on the South Shore; growing up here has not only given me a community to depend on but a hopeful future with plenty of opportunities to thrive. I'm excited to go on to college and start my life for me, but I will always consider Duxbury home.
Duxbury I a town of quiet peace with nature surrounding your houses and the neighbor you walk through. But because of its rather lonely infrastructure, there is no place that is comforting except for the school and it’s library. I think it’s a very nice town of good houses and good environments but in terms of a community feeling, duxburians are rather lonely. There is few diversity here. The school is almost completely white but we are nice people and are not racist or sexist or encourage any type of unfair discrimination.
