Duvall has been one of the safest cities in both Washington and the US for years. The only fluctuation with Duvall is that small businesses downtown struggle, and oftentimes don't survive past two years. Aside from local businesses often switching around, Duvall is a quaint old city, with deep Washington roots and culture. It is a great place to start a family, all while being in close proximity to many large towns and workplaces.

We fell in love with Duvall in 1996 when we bought our first home here. It was affordable, friendly, quiet, safe, and an easy commute to our jobs. Since then it has grown so quickly and has become a very expensive place to live with a nightmare commute.
I love the small town feel! Growing up in a smaller school makes everyone have close relationships that you don't get anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Wonderful town to grow up in!
