29 years old and lived all of it in the same house in Dunedin. My parents passed it down to me.

The one great thing about Dunedin is I can walk anywhere in the city and not worry about intense violent crime. Fist fights are about the most violent thing that occurs somewhat regularly here.

The downside: You can consistently find whatever drug you want in any neighborhood in Dunedin.

The schools are garbage and really REALLY quick to leave students behind. They absolutely do not care. Mr.Schmitt has been a principal at some school in the area since the beginning of time. Send your kids to that school! He's the only guy in the Pinellas county school system that cares about the students that also has clout.

Your kids are safe from predators here, but I haven't met a group of teenagers from Dunedin in my entire life that weren't into drugs. There's not a whole lot of teenager oriented things to do here other than get high.

It is an awesome little town along the Gulf of Mexico. So much to do for all ages form infant to the very old. Great downtown area on the water with breweries, restaurants, fishing, and so much more. There a 2 community centers, and there is always some festival to enjoy for every personality. There are several professional baseball teams that have spring training and the minor leagues are always fun for family fun or just to socialize. I can't write enough about my great little town. You'd be lucky to live her!
I visited Dunedin to assess its suitability as a potential future retirement destination. Like many Florida cities and towns along the East and West Coasts, it was full of snowbirds with a strong group of Canadian expat and visitors. Downtown Dunedin is a quaint, festive, town with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars.

Housing is compact and crowded because it really isn't a very big town. Most of the homes are significantly aged. Its proximity to ClearWater and accessibility to beautiful such as those in Honeymoon State Park are a plus in addition to bike and walking trails.
