I grew up in Dundee. Depending on your neighborhood its a quite, nice place for a family to live. There's not much here in terms of shopping/eating etc but nice houses and nice people, the school is decent and the city park is wonderful, especially for the town size. You will probably shop and work in another town but its a good place to live. The worst thing about it is the traffic because of everyone that needs 99W to get home or to the beach, but hopefully the bypass helps that.
Dundee is a small town with a lot of wineries and not much else. It is very quaint and within easy driving distance of both Portland and Salem and also quite close to the Oregon coast.
Dundee is a beautiful vineyard town nestled in the Dundee Hills on the way to the Oregon Coast. It is very quiet and a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city.
