I love Duluth! I will start by saying I am not from Georgia, and I am very picky about where I call home.
I visited many areas of GA in search of a place that’s safe, clean, and comfortable. I can definitely say you will get that with Duluth.
The streets are clean, the parks are nice, the grocery stores are clean and feel safe. You don’t have people just hanging out.
Mostly everyone I have encountered is pretty friendly. Great experience overall.

Duluth is a pretty mediocre place to be. They have a variety of jobs ranging from office to retail. I like that there's a bit more cultural diversity in this area as well. I see lots of Japanese/Korean/Chinese culture in this area. I lived in Johns creek for a while. It was my least favorite area, It was your typical rich white men and women with high paying jobs, never knowing what financial instability feels or looks like, with no desire to help those in need. In Duluth It's affordable for the most part, but at the same time inflation has just infested our society, and things won't be as cheap as they once were. With the way our world is run, low income will struggle more and not get as much recognition or the help we need, leaving us to drown in poverty. The more money you have, the more praise you will get, the more lenient places will be, the more opportunities you will receive, the more places you will go, the better education you will be granted, the more respect you will get.
I've been living here since 2009, and I will say that Duluth is very enjoyable. It has a very decent public education system, with the schools doing a god job at teaching the kids. Additionally, there are a lot of stores such as Walmart, Target, Home Depot, etc. So as long as you have a car, shopping for necessities will not be an issue. Additionally, there are even places where you can go to have fun! Sugarloaf hills isn't too far away, and theres also Regal Cinema and Dave and Busters within a 10-20 minute drive. The community there is also very diverse! There is just so much to experience in a suburb, it is actually kind of crazy. Moreover, the living costs here are not too bad as long as you just find the right place for the right price. Don't worry, there are many places for you to settle down. The only downsides are that You just can't go anywhere without car, and that the minimum wage is like $8 an hour. Other than that, Duluth is a very suitable place for people to live.
