Dover is a small community. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful views, and only 10 miles from Russellville a bigger city.
One thing I would like to see change is the support for out schools and students from the community.

More establishments could be opened in Dover to give it more of a real town feel. I go to Russellville for basically all of my business and shopping.
The town of Dover is a small quaint town in Arkansas. Everyone knows everyone and the town is amazingly safe. The schools are great and the teachers are very much involved in the students academics. The night life and diversity are not great but as a small town in Arkansas that is to be expected.
