One of the reasons I moved here is because the taxes are low compared to other towns. I love having everything I need close by. That's probably the only positive. The mayor is helping to clean up the town, but that doesn't mean they are cleaning up the people. People do what they want in this town, they double park, litter, don't stop at stop signs, make illegal turns, and can't even pick up their dogs poop. Every speeds down the roads. Can't even drive down Blackwell street because people drive super slow and double park. Also, people cross the crosswalks when they aren't suppose to so then traffic can't flow like it's suppose to. Too many renters in this town so people don't give a crap about their houses/yards. Some houses don't have driveways and because there are like 10 people in 1 house there's way too many cars on the streets, especially when it snows. Thank God I'm moving out of here.

Public Schools personally was a roller coaster with some of the best teachers in elementary and then in middle school I had a strict and bossy teacher and in highschool some teachers were known to be avoided but I was forced to take that class because of the limited elective options and the new ones established during my senior year had equipment my buddy college told me he used in middle school.

Nightlife is decent with restaurants and clubs along with some bars not dangerous in the nightime in my opinion but do recommend staying in groups if outside around 2am.

Town is vary diverse and the majority are hispanics with restaurants centered around hispanic culture with delicious foods.

As for affordability I will say its average since the rent of my house is average .
Although Dover is a very small town, it is diverse where the people come from different cultures. There is various places to eat where you can get a bit from most latin countries. It is refreshing to see how the community supports one another within Dover and its surrounding towns when they are in need of support.
