Lived in some apartments there and it wasn’t very nice. Didn’t help that just round the way was preppy rich kids.
Most of the issues in my area are from board teenagers typically not much and as far as the police occasionally you will spot them out and about but rarely do we have issues with them responding to major isssues
In this area we get all 4 seasons sometimes even all in one day. winters can be very mild at times so if you enjoy out door activities its possible to do them all year round
