Most of the issues in my area are from board teenagers typically not much and as far as the police occasionally you will spot them out and about but rarely do we have issues with them responding to major isssues

In this area we get all 4 seasons sometimes even all in one day. winters can be very mild at times so if you enjoy out door activities its possible to do them all year round
There are many Businesses around my house that people can apply to and I have seen many of my friends and family find new jobs fairly easy
